Here we have a very nice example of one of these increasingly rare emerging classics. There only something like 1200 MK1 ST’s on the road, with only 300 being from 2003.
It runs and drives like a hot hatch should and has very recently had much money spent on it, including:
– Service
– MOT expires in June 2027. If you look online at the car’s mot history, it has been almost unblemished throughout its life, bar very minor things. Rare to see on a car of this age
– Direnza Cold Air Induction Kit installed, giving a nice raunchy induction sound
– New genuine Ford mudflaps
– Original wheels powder-coated in gloss black (I do have a set of silver ones available to purchase if you wish to), at a cost of nearly £800, which will have gloss black hub caps installed in the next day or two (I do have a set of new silver ones if you want to buy them)
– New Tyres
– One off designed side body decals at a cost of £360
– High quality professional valet and detail, at a cost of £350
– Engine and bay ice blasted to get it as clean as it can be, at a cost of £250
– New windscreen. Had a few annoying chips that had been repaired before and was the only advisory on its MOT
– All little dings, scratches etc sorted out, so the paintworks looks pretty lush and shines brightly
At the time of listing its mileage was 135,579, but apart from a drivers seat (cloth only) being a bit worn, the car really doesn’t show its age or mileage badly at all. I doubt whether there are many MK1 ST’s out there for sale that would be much better.
I feel pretty confident that the first person to see will buy.
