We have been all over Europe, Scotland twice, and Wales in this Van, in this time we have replaced the starter motor, EGR valve and cooler, Radiator, Batteries But she has never ever let us down, i had the van remapped many years ago to 140BHP and she now does 45+MPG on a run and over 38 MPG around town.Really comfortable seats.Heavy duty rear springs also fitted to carry extra weight.
Last year the MOT showed some signs of rust so i engaged the services and the Welding Doctor in Torquay Devon to cut out ALL the rust and professionally repair all and every area showing signs of rust so this should be good for many MOTs to come. All the cills and inner cills were replaced 4 years ago with both front and inner wings. Many receipts to prove all work professionally done.
The engine pulls like a train with no noises, smoke or any signs of wear whatsoever, the Gearbox is silky smooth with 6 speed .
Everything works as it should, The only reason we are selling is that my wife inherited a beautiful Caravan so we are going to keep and use the caravan so unfortunately this is now surplus to requirements, i would love to keep it but after suffering an accident at work 3 years ago and coming up to retirement i actually cannot afford to keep this Taxed, MOT,d and Insured as well as my other vehicles. This van tows extremely well and has a full tow bar and electrics.
