We bought this car from auction for my daughter’s first car. When we picked it up within a couple of minutes of leaving the facility the oil light came on and the engine started making a tapping noise. We pulled over as soon as we could thinking the oil just needed topping up. We checked the oil to discover that there was double the amount of oil in there than needed suggesting that the engine has no oil pressure. We had the car recovered and it’s not been driven since.
Car was bought from auction so no option to return it I don’t have the ability or time to fix this so our loss could be your gain.Car is in pretty good condition otherwise but the wheels could do with a refurb. I don’t have any service history with it. I’ve put photos from the auction for you to have a look at. I haven’t registered the car in my name as I don’t see the point. all that will do is put another owner on the title. Winner will just receive the V5 like I did from the auction.
I would advise the car will definitely need towing away to try and salvage what’s left of the engine. More than happy for anyone to view at anytime.
